I've been doing organic marketing, mostly short-form video, for the past 2 to 3 years. Below is some of what I've made, with the numbers behind it.

A UGC-style video. This kind of content is more mass producible than founder-led video, and this one did the numbers.
Made for my app, Rewired. The whole video was about the app, and it converted well.
Another UGC-style video. The app is the main focus, and it converted well.
Lower views, higher quality. Converted well organically, and also worked as a paid ad at around $20 CPA.

I also help manage and give creative direction to UGC creators. A few of their videos are doing well right now.
The numbers behind the work.

Sales from my own brand on TikTok Shop, tracked through the 2.3M view video. The real number runs a bit higher, since TikTok only shows about two months of single-video revenue.
How I approach it
I don't try to reinvent the wheel. I look at what's already working, then replicate it and improve it a bit. Sometimes that means combining a couple of ideas into something new.
A lot of it is just paying attention. Figuring out why a video works, then applying that to whatever I'm marketing, and testing a lot until something lands.
